No Good Gofers pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
No Good Gofers uses its two ramps to raise Bud and Buzz, then locks balls beneath those ramps. Start Multiball at the Putting Green, shoot the left ramp for Jackpot, and use the upper flipper for Hole-In-One Super. The right ramp relights Jackpot when repeating the safer loop.
The goal
Shoot each ramp to raise Bud and Buzz, hit each gofer, and collect both locks. Start Multiball at the Putting Green, shoot the left ramp for Jackpot and Hole-In-One for Super, and use the right ramp to relight Jackpot when needed.
Test the center ramp, right ramp, left ramp, and Putting Green kickout during ball save.
Shoot the center ramp to raise Bud, hit Bud before he lowers, then lock under the center ramp.
Shoot the right ramp to raise Buzz, hit Buzz, then collect the second lock under the right ramp.
Shoot the Putting Green or Hole-In-One to start Multiball.
Shoot the left ramp for Jackpot, then use the lowered Driving Range and upper flipper to reach Hole-In-One for Super.
- The right ramp can relight Jackpot, so use it when Hole-In-One is not safely available.: The right ramp can relight Jackpot, so use it when Hole-In-One is not safely available.
Repeat Jackpot, relight, and Super only while the upper-flipper feed remains controlled.
Alternative route: Golf-hole position play
Use this when the gofer ramps reject but the five drive shots and Putting Green are safe.
- Complete controlled drive shots until the Putting Green is lit.
- Hit a raised gofer when it safely reduces the hole's stroke count.
- Shoot the Putting Green to finish the hole.
- Protect the improved hole bonus through the drain.
