The Strategy
Elk Multiball is the easiest entry point and can later run with Bird Multiball. Spell E-L-K through the inlanes or left orbit, then collect the left-orbit hurry-up. During Elk Multiball, shoot the bird lane four times to add Bird Multiball and hit the ram kicker three times for 2x; Pappy's Porch usually gives add-a-ball and a short ball save.
The goal
Start Elk Multiball at the left orbit, then add Bird Multiball at the bird lane. Shoot the ram kicker three times for 2x scoring; during Multiball, Pappy's Porch usually gives an add-a-ball and a short ball save.
Start Elk Multiball
Spell E-L-K through the inlanes, or shoot the left orbit to spot unlit letters. Shoot the left orbit again to collect the lit hurry-up and start the first Elk Multiball.
Add Bird Multiball
During Elk Multiball, shoot the bird lane four times to start the first Bird Multiball.
Protect and double the stack
Shoot the ram kicker three times to spell R-A-M and start 20 seconds of 2x scoring. Complete the three Pappy's Porch standups during Multiball for its usual add-a-ball award and a short ball save.
Alternative route: Big Buck Multiball
Use this when the moving buck is registering cleanly.
- Hit the moving buck once in each of its five positions. During Big Buck Multiball, collect five buck Jackpots, the five lit Double Jackpots behind those positions, and the spinner-lane Super Jackpot.

- R-A-M 2x scoring
- Spell R-A-M for 20 seconds of playfield double scoring; another completion resets the timer to 20 seconds.
- Big Buck Jackpot cycle
- Hit the buck in five positions, collect the five lit Double Jackpots, then shoot the spinner lane for Super.

- Collect all five lit Double Jackpots, then shoot the exposed spinner lane for a Super worth the ten preceding Jackpots.
- After collecting the Super Jackpot, hit the moving buck twenty times for Monster Jackpots and a cycle restart.
Monster Buck phase setup and scoring

Builds toward: Open Season
- Hit the buck, start Big Buck Multiball, collect a Jackpot, collect a Double Jackpot, collect the Super Jackpot, and finish the 20-hit Twenty buck hits complete the grid insert and return Big Buck Multiball to its five-position Jackpot phase..
- Spell R-A-M, start Elk Multiball and Moose on the Loose, start all four Bird Multiballs, and start a third bonus round.
- Shoot the bird lane after the full progress grid is lit.
- During the 90-second Open Season, complete each animal's displayed Jackpot countdown while four balls continually relaunch.
