Blue Chip pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

In Blue Chip, shoot through the spinners until 1, 2, and 3 are complete; that lights the upper-right saucer for 50,000. Hit 4 after 1 to light the left Double Bonus lane, or hit 6 after 3 to light the right lane. Number progress stays between balls, so secure those features before returning to the spinners.

The goal

Build persistent 1-2-3 progress through upper-playfield action, then stop long enough to hit 4 and 6 for the Double Bonus lanes. After those features are ready, favor the right spinner because its feed can reach the lit 50,000 saucer. Leave 7 and 8 alone unless operator awards matter.

  1. Shoot through either spinner to work the upper playfield until targets 1, 2, and 3 are complete.

  2. Complete 1-2-3 to light the upper-right saucer for 50,000.

  3. Hit target 4 after collecting 1 to light the left Double Bonus lane.

  4. Hit target 6 after collecting 3 to light the right Double Bonus lane.

  5. Resume spinner shots, favoring the right spinner when its feed can reach the lit 50,000 saucer.
