Bram Stoker's Dracula pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

Bram Stoker's Dracula allows Mist, Castle, and Coffin Multiballs to run together. Shoot the Castle ramp five times for Mist, stage two Castle locks and two Coffin locks, then start the safest Multiball and finish the other two under protection. Relock twice at Castle and collect the multiplied Jackpot at the Tunnel.

The goal

Shoot the Castle ramp five times to light Mist, stage two Castle locks, and stage two Coffin locks; start the safest multiball, finish the other two under protection, then relock twice at Castle and collect the multiplied Jackpot at the Tunnel.

  1. Hold a raised flipper so a slow ball settles against it, giving you time to plan your next move. the first controllable feed. Test both ramps.

    • The Shows Castle ramp (left ramp) on the Bram Stoker's Dracula playfield. The entrance is above the Asylum on the upper-left. The long ramp loops around the back and returns to the right inlane. is the long left ramp; each completed shot counts as a Loop. The Coffin ramp is the shorter upper-right ramp. Learn how both return before committing to the stack.
  2. Shoot three Castle ramps to start Bats.

    • Bats is a timed switch mode. Complete its switch requirement quickly for a larger award. Once completed, its value returns in every remaining end-of-ball bonus.
    • Bats uses the multiball multiplier active when it starts, making later Bats modes especially valuable during 2X or 3X.
  3. Make five Castle ramps to light Mist Multiball. Keep it ready.

    • Mist Multiball starts at the Tunnel. Knock the magnet-carried ball free to begin its two-ball multiball.
    • Major shots score 10M Mist Jackpots, increased to 20M with two active multiballs and 30M with all three.
  4. Stage two Castle locks.

    • Complete a target bank, take a Castle-ramp bonus, or collect Mystery to light a Castle Lock. Shoot the Castle ramp before the lock times out.
    • The third lock starts Castle Multiball, so stop after two while preparing the stack.
  5. Shoot the Coffin until it opens, then shoot into it twice to stage both Coffin locks.

    • Repeat the Coffin ramp until it rises, then shoot the exposed Coffin for a lock.
    • The third lock starts Coffin Multiball. Coffin shots then spell D-R-A-C-U-L-A; completing the word scores a rising Coffin Jackpot.
  6. Start the safest ready multiball and finish the other two under its protection.

    • Start the safest ready multiball, then use its protection to complete the other two.
  7. Keep at least two balls alive after completing the stack.

    • Two active multiballs multiply every jackpot by 2. All three multiply them by 3.
    • Mist Multiball now adds 30M to major shots. Unless D-R-A-C-U-L-A is nearly complete, prioritize Castle Multiball over Coffin Multiball.
  8. Relock two balls on the Castle ramp.

    • The first relock lights a Castle Jackpot at the Tunnel. With at least three balls in play, the second relock doubles it and parks both balls safely away from the flippers.
  9. Shoot the Tunnel and repeat the relock cycle.

    • Castle's base jackpot advances from approximately 20M through 80M. The second relock doubles it, and the triple stack multiplies it by 3, producing a maximum near 480M.
  10. Complete Bats or Rats during 3X when available.

    • Rats is another timed switch mode, started through repeated Altar shots.
    • Like Bats, its completed value carries into later bonuses and benefits from the multiplier active when it begins.

Alternative route: Mist Multiball

Use this when the complete stack is too far away, the ramps reject dangerously, or a smaller score can win.

  1. Shoot the Castle ramp five times to light Mist Multiball.
  2. Start Mist Multiball at the Tunnel.
  3. Shoot the safest major shots for 10M each.
  4. Continue Castle loops only while their return remains controlled.

Safer fallback
Mist Multiball: Use this when the complete stack is too far away, the ramps reject dangerously, or a smaller score can win.
