Buck Rogers pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
Drive the center captive ball back to Return to Base, then complete the lit yellow drop targets to raise Bonus X. Build base bonus to 20,000 and collect it at the upper-right saucer after the multiplier is high.
The goal
Finish Return to Base first, build Bonus X through the yellow bank, then use the left side to refill bonus and collect 20,000 at 4x or 5x rather than cashing too early.
Shoot the center captive ball until Return to Base lights the yellow drop targets.
Complete the lit yellow drop targets to raise Bonus X toward 5x.
Build the base bonus to 20,000 with lanes, targets, and the saucer.
At 4x or 5x, shoot the lit upper-right saucer to collect bonus, then rebuild the base while the multiplier remains lit.
Need to know
- Qualify Yellow Drops
- Push the center captive ball to Return to Base.
- Raise Bonus X
- Complete the lit yellow drop targets, up to 5x.
- Light Collect Bonus
- Build the base bonus to 20,000.
Buck Rogers makes Bonus X a two-stage job: drive the center captive ball to Return to Base, then complete lit yellow drops to raise the multiplier. Once base bonus reaches 20,000, the upper-right saucer lights to collect it; collecting resets the base bonus but preserves the multiplier for the rest of that ball.
