Coronation pinball rules and strategy

Strategy summary

The goal

Complete numbers 1 through 7 in order to light a replay rollover. The crown hole also starts the numbered sequence and lights point-scoring features. Filled holes can make replay combinations.

  1. Number sequence: Hit numbered bumpers 1 through 7 in order to light the Special rollover button. Roll over that button while Special is lit to earn one replay.

  2. Crown hole: The top hole scores 1,000,000, credits number 1 and lights the point bumper and point rollovers. Those point features contribute to the separate points total.

  3. Other holes: Each of the remaining holes scores 500,000 and lights contacts marked 100,000 When Lit. Those contacts then score their lit value when hit.

  4. Hole combinations: Filling four holes in a line awards one replay. The card also awards two replays for filling four holes and the top hole.

Scoring and replays
The card specifies five balls. Coronation tracks a large numerical score and a separate points total; the posted card lists replay thresholds for both. A replay is a free game.
