Crossword pinball rules and strategy

The goal

Use the center letter holes to complete horizontal and vertical words on the backglass and earn replays.

  1. Collect letters: Send the ball into one of the nine center letter holes to score 500,000 points and light its corresponding letter in the backglass puzzle. These gobble holes consume the ball.

  2. Complete words: Use the letter holes to finish a horizontal or vertical word shown on the backglass. Completing words earns replays.
