De-Icer pinball rules and strategy

Strategy summary

The goal

Fill the five numbered holes to raise their score from 50,000 to 500,000. Rollovers and lower side bumpers also build a separate Points total, whose replay thresholds are shown on the fitted instruction card.

  1. Complete numbers 1–5: Shoot the three upper holes and the two holes below the pop bumpers to make their matching numbers. Each hole scores 50,000 before all five numbers are made and 500,000 once the set is complete.

  2. Build Points: Roll through the upper-right rollover marked 500,000 and 5 Points to score both awards. Hit either long lower side bumper marked 1 Point to add one Point. Track this separate total on the numbered stars above the flippers.

  3. Collect the rollover scores: Roll through either long side channel or the bottom-center rollover to score 500,000. When the corresponding Special lamp is lit, that channel or rollover awards one replay.

  4. Collect score and Points replays: Reach the score or Points thresholds printed on the fitted instruction card. The confirmed cards use different thresholds, so use the settings on the machine you are playing.
