The Strategy
Dodge City lights rollunders A through E in order and raises their value from 1x to 10x and then 100x. Shoot only the currently lit gate, read the Roto window beneath the next reachable letter at 100x, then collect the best controlled value before the sequence resets.
The goal
Shoot lit rollunder gates A-E in order to raise them to 10x, then 100x; use the lit side saucer for steady value, and at 100x choose the next gate through the Roto window because it scores the shown value and resets the sequence.
Plunge either center 50-point lane to spin the Roto.
Read the currently lit letter and shoot only that A-E rollunder.
Complete A through E once to raise the rollunder value to 10x.
Repeat the ordered sequence to reach 100x.
At 100x, compare the value visible beneath the next reachable rollunder.
Shoot the best controlled lit gate to score its displayed value at 100x, then expect the base value to reset.
When the ordered gate is not controlled, shoot the currently lit side saucer for 50, 100, or 150.
Use bumper and safe-lane action to change the tens digit when swapping the lit saucer improves the next shot.
Alternative route: Lit-saucer control plan
Use this plan when the next ordered rollunder is too dangerous or the Roto window offers poor value.
- Read which side saucer is lit and its current award.
- Shoot only the lit saucer from the flipper with the cleaner angle.
- Observe the kickout and regain control before another aimed shot.
- Use safe scoring to change the tens digit if the opposite saucer is preferable.
- Return to the ordered gate when its angle and Roto value improve.

- Either center 50-point lane spins the under-playfield Roto mechanism on the plunge.
- Ordered gates
- Only the next needed A-E rollunder is lit; completing all five once raises them to 10x and twice raises them to 100x.
- Roto windows
- Five playfield windows show values from 2 through 5 or a star worth 1 that can award an extra ball.
