Dolly Parton pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
In Dolly Parton, the first inline drop lights the spinner, and the next three inline drops raise Bonus X through 2x, 3x, and 5x. Hit the first drop and test the spinner; repeat it when it registers at least 10 to 15 spins with a safe return. When the spinner is weak, finish the inline bank for 5x and use the upper-left D-O-L-L-Y targets and top saucer to build held bonus.
The goal
Hit the first inline target to light the spinner, then test it. Repeat a strong spinner; if it is weak, finish the inline bank for 5X before returning to it.
Light and test the spinner
Hit the Shows Inline drop-target bank on the Dolly Parton playfield. The four inline drop targets run up the upper-right side. to turn on the spinner's higher value, then shoot the Shows Spinner on the Dolly Parton playfield. Each registered spin scores its lit value. A shot that registers 10 to 15 spins is useful. A shot with 20 or more spins is excellent. The spinner is beside the right wall, below the inline bank. once.
Repeat a strong spinner
If the spinner registers at least 10 to 15 spins and returns safely, keep repeating it from the left flipper.
Adapt to a weak spinner
If the spinner is weak, finish the inline bank for 5X, transfer the ball left when safe, and return to the Shows Spinner on the Dolly Parton playfield. Each registered spin scores its lit value. A shot that registers 10 to 15 spins is useful. A shot with 20 or more spins is excellent. The spinner is beside the right wall, below the inline bank.. Ignore the tight 20,000 target behind the bank and the 5,000 lane below the spinner.
Alternative route: held Super Bonus
Use this in a longer or best-game format when the spinner is weak and the upper-left rebounds are predictable.
