Fan-Tas-Tic pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
Fan-Tas-Tic stores base bonus for one of three Spin saucers to collect through the under-playfield wheel. Use the right flipper to shoot the left A lane toward the top saucer, raise bonus through upper rollovers, and repeat the wheel route for bonus, multipliers, gates, or other useful awards.
The goal
Hold a raised flipper so a slow ball settles against it, giving you time to plan your next move. when possible, then use the right flipper to send the ball through the left A lane toward the top spin saucer. Build base bonus through upper play and collect it only through favorable wheel awards.
Let a controllable ball settle on a flipper before choosing the next upper route.
Transfer to or hold the right flipper when that can be done safely.
From the right flipper, shoot through the left A lane toward the top spin saucer.
Accept a broad B-lane feed into the top bumpers when the A lane is unavailable.
Use top rollover disks and natural upper action to build base bonus toward 10,000.
Repeat the top-saucer route to spin the wheel and collect bonus, bonus multipliers, or other useful awards.
Use a lit A or B lane and an opened right gate only through the same safe upper-playfield flow.
Return to a Hold a raised flipper so a slow ball settles against it, giving you time to plan your next move. after every survivable top exit and repeat.
Alternative route: B-lane bumper flow
Use this plan when the A-lane shot will not reach the top saucer or its return is unsafe.
- Stop forcing the A lane from a poor right-flipper angle.
- Use a broad shot through the right B lane into the top bumpers.
- Let the bumpers find rollover disks and the top saucer naturally.
- Read the full top exit before attempting to Hold a raised flipper so a slow ball settles against it, giving you time to plan your next move..
- Return to the A-lane route only after its feed becomes reliable.
Need to know
- Three spin saucers
- The top saucer and two side saucers spin the under-playfield award wheel and score the value where it stops.
- Wheel awards
- The wheel can award 3,000, bonus, double or triple bonus, maximum base bonus, an open gate, lit A-B lanes, or star progress.
- Base bonus
- Top rollover disks and the side-of-center standups build base bonus to 10,000, but bonus scores only through a wheel award and resets each ball.
