Fast Draw / Quick Draw pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

In Fast Draw and Quick Draw, send the ball up top and collect A-B-C before challenging the drop banks. Each saucer pays 1,000 plus 1,000 per collected letter. Clear both drop banks to reset the two black center targets for 5,000 each. In three-ball play, A-B-C gives Double Bonus early and Triple Bonus on the last ball.

The goal

Favor upper-playfield shots and saucer banks while A-B-C is incomplete. Take drop targets one at a time when a bank is nearly finished or the final-ball multiplier makes Bonus more valuable. After both banks fall, shoot the reset black targets for 5,000 each.

  1. Send the ball through the upper playfield to collect A-B-C and bank rebounds toward the saucers.

  2. Shoot either saucer to score 1,000 plus another 1,000 for each collected letter.

  3. When only a few drops remain or the last-ball multiplier is active, pick off the drop targets one at a time.

  4. Clear both banks to reset the two black center targets at 5,000 each.

  5. Hit the reset black targets individually to collect their 5,000-point values.

  • Test all ten drop targets and both resets, A-B-C lanes, both saucers and value lamps, two black center targets, Bonus unit, center bumper, and top-lane feeds.
