Fun-Fest / Swinger pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

In Fun-Fest or Swinger, raise the center post at either up-post rollover and light the left kickback by hitting an outside top target. Then keep shooting up the middle. Take a 3,000 top lane, or the center saucer when its 5,000 arrow is lit.

The goal

Secure the center post and left kickback before chasing points. The two top lanes toggle between low and 3,000 values; the center saucer cycles through five states. Favor a safe top return over the unpredictable center swinging target.

  1. On the plunge, take a 3,000 top lane unless the center saucer is already at or near its 5,000 state.

  2. Send the ball back up the middle until it crosses either small up-post rollover and raises the center post.

  3. Move the cabinet briefly so the playfield shifts under the ball, changing its speed or path after contact with a post, rubber, or wall. top action toward either outside standup to activate the left kickback.

  4. With both protections active, keep the ball up top and favor a lit 3,000 lane or lit 5,000 saucer.

  5. Avoid the center swinging target unless its current award justifies an unpredictable rebound.
