Goin' Nuts pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

Goin' Nuts starts with three balls and a running timer. Hit Nut drop targets for three added seconds with three balls active or two seconds with two balls. At one ball, stop shooting drops and hit the captive ball to release two more balls; lighting every Nut earns Extra Ball.

The goal

Keep at least two balls alive so every drop-target hit adds time. Once one ball remains, immediately switch to a relaunch shot; only resume the drop-bank loop after Multiball returns.

  1. During the opening three-ball play, shoot the Nut drop banks repeatedly; each target hit adds three seconds.

  2. After one ball drains, keep working the drops while two balls remain; each hit now adds two seconds.

  3. When play falls to one ball, stop shooting the drops because they no longer add time. Hit the captive ball to release two balls and restore three-ball play.

  4. Resume the drop banks, finish lighting every Nut for Extra Ball, and repeat the relaunch cycle before the timer reaches zero.
