Golden Arrow pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
In Golden Arrow, each uncollected lit number scores 5,000, and the moving Golden Arrow doubles its current number to 10,000. Use a spinner or the center star rollover to move the Arrow when its shot is unsafe. After all ten numbers are collected, park the Arrow on the safest repeatable shot and keep shooting it for 5,000.
The goal
Collect double-lit numbers, then move the Golden Arrow to the safest repeatable shot.
Find the number that has the Golden Arrow.
Shoot an uncollected lit number for 5,000. If it also has the Golden Arrow, it scores 10,000.
Use a spinner or the Shows Center star rollover on the Golden Arrow playfield. The center rollover sits on the gold arrow graphic and advances the Golden Arrow. to move the Golden Arrow when its shot is unsafe.
After a number is collected, it stays off. The Golden Arrow does not move when you collect its shot.
When the Golden Arrow reaches a safe shot, repeat that shot for 5,000.
Alternative route: Use the top and bumpers
Use this plan when the Golden Arrow is on a dangerous direct shot.
- Send the ball toward the top without aiming at a dangerous standup.
- Use the center 1,000-point bumper.
- Recheck the Golden Arrow after a spinner or center-star advance.
