Indiana Jones pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
Repeat the lower captive-ball shot and lock three balls to start Temple of Doom Multiball. During it, hit the Holy Grail scoop, Sankara captive ball, center Ark, and right ramp while sending loose balls through the upper Map Room to raise bonus X.
The goal
Start Temple of Doom Multiball by repeating the lower Sankara captive-ball shot and exposed lock until three balls are locked. During Multiball, follow the flashing Jackpots, keep hitting the four movie shots to grow bonus, and use the upper Map Room to raise bonus X.
At the plunge, choose Start Scene for its immediate award or INDY/JONES when the standup banks are registering cleanly. Start Scene does not advance the four movie tracks.
Hit the lower Sankara captive ball. When its ball rises and exposes the lock hole, shoot the ball into that hole.
Repeat the captive-ball hit and lock until three balls have been locked; the third lock starts Temple of Doom Multiball.
During Multiball, shoot the flashing Jackpots. After enough awards, collect the larger flashing Super Jackpot; its location follows the numbered movie scene, so use the lamps.
Also use Multiball to hit all four movie shots and feed balls through the upper Map Room. Those shots build base bonus and the Map Room raises the multiplier applied at the drain.
After Multiball, shoot the Holy Grail scoop for Last Crusade. Collect the four lit movie shots, then return to the scoop before time expires.

- Holy Grail scoop is Last Crusade, the lower Sankara captive-ball area is Temple of Doom, the center Ark is Raiders, and the right ramp is Crystal Skull.
- Temple of Doom Multiball
- Hit the lower captive ball, then lock at the exposed hole. Repeat until three balls have been locked and Multiball begins.
- Map Room bonus X
- Upper-playfield Map Room target completions raise bonus X. Movie-shot hits build the base bonus that it multiplies at the drain.
