Lovely Lucy pinball rules and strategy

The goal

Complete numbers 1 through 8 repeatedly to light higher-scoring side rubbers, then replay features. Lit holes provide another way to earn replays and spell the name.

  1. Light the side rubbers: Complete numbers 1 through 8 to light two side rubbers for 100,000. Complete the numbers a second time to light two more. Hit a lit side rubber to score its higher value.

  2. Light Special: Complete numbers 1 through 8 a third time to light two rollovers for Special. A lit Special rollover awards one replay. Further complete sets of numbers award one replay each.

  3. Build the name: A second ball entering a lit hole awards one replay and adds a letter to the name. Completing the name awards five replays. Check the hole light before attempting this award.

A replay is a free game. Number completions, lit Special rollovers and lit holes award replays under different conditions; score-based replay thresholds are listed on the machine.
