Magic Wizard pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
In Magic Wizard, plunge the I lane, then spell W-I-Z-A-R-D through the six lanes. Shoot the currently lit drop target; completing either five-target bank lights the center standup for 50,000, and completing W-I-Z-A-R-D makes lit drop targets worth 50,000. The add-a-ball Wizard copy uses WOW awards instead.
The goal
The score grows sharply only after a bank or the letter set is complete. Use the plunge for I because it is difficult to reach later, take lit drop targets as their lamp cycles on switch hits, and collect the center target promptly after either bank is down.
Plunge for the I lane; use later plunges for any other missing W-I-Z-A-R-D letter.
Watch the lamps above the ten drop targets and shoot the currently lit target for its higher value.
Finish either five-target bank, then shoot the newly lit center standup for 50,000 before rebuilding that bank.
Keep collecting letter lanes until W-I-Z-A-R-D is complete, then prioritize the lit drop target for 50,000.
Use upper rubber rebounds to reach Z or A; on the replay scoring setup, either lane can award both letters.
