Mephisto pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

Shoot the right ramp once to light its arrow and again to capture a ball. Hit the drop target three times or feed the opposite ramp path four times to light all three left-ramp arrows, then capture at the left ramp. Shoot the center eject with one capture for two-ball Multiball or both captures for three-ball Multiball.

The goal

Prepare and capture at either ramp, then shoot the center eject to start Multiball. One capture starts two-ball play; both captures start three-ball play.

  1. On the normal setting, shoot the right ramp once to light its capture arrow and a second time to capture the ball.

  2. For the other lock, light all three left-ramp arrows by lowering the drop target three times or feeding four balls through the opposite ramp route.

  3. Shoot the lit left ramp to capture the second ball.

  4. Shoot the center eject with one ball captured to start two-ball Multiball, or with both captured to start three-ball Multiball.
