Ninja Eclipse pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

An Obake battle can continue during Ninja Storm Multiball, while three Sword-ramp loops start 1.5x playfield scoring. Knock down the Castle Gate target and shoot into the castle to choose Battle 1. Hit both Backflip standups and shoot the Iga ramp for each lock; the third lock starts Multiball.

The goal

Knock down the Castle Gate target and shoot into the castle for Battle 1. Hit the Backflip standups and shoot the Iga ramp for Ninja Storm locks, or loop the Sword ramp for playfield X.

  1. How to start a mode

Knock down the Castle Gate target, then shoot into the castle. Choose Battle 1; the numbered battles become harder as the numbers rise.

    Recommended mode: Battle 1

Choose Battle 1 because it is the first and easiest numbered battle.

    How to play it

At battle start, hit the flashing Jonin target beneath the Iga ramp to double battle scoring. Complete the lit battle shots, then shoot the castle for the final Super Jackpot.

  2. Start Ninja Storm Multiball

Hit both standup targets beside the Backflip ramp to light a lock, then shoot the Iga ramp to collect it. Repeat for three locks; the third lock starts Ninja Storm Multiball.

  3. Start playfield X

Loop the Sword ramp without hitting another shot: three loops start 1.5x, five start 2x, and seven start 3x playfield scoring for 30 seconds.

Alternative route: Spirit Multiball

Use this when the spinners and Shrine scoop are safer than the Backflip targets and Iga ramp.

  1. Use spinner hits to locate bells and shoot the Shrine scoop to collect them. After all twelve bells, charge the Newton ball from either spinner and hit it when it turns red.
  2. Lock the ball at the castle, then knock down the castle gate to start Spirit Multiball.
