Oktoberfest pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
Complete TENT and shoot the scoop to choose a Tent mode. Complete OKTOBERFEST and lock two balls on the lowered Coaster ramp, start a compatible Tent, then take the third lock to add Corkscrew Multiball.
The goal
Collect a useful stein, prepare two Corkscrew locks, and complete TENT. Start a compatible Tent mode at the scoop, then take the third Coaster lock. During Multiball, follow the mode shots and red jackpots before returning to the Coaster ramp for the Super.
Hit the Bar door until it opens, then shoot inside. Choose a stein that improves the Tent mode or lock route you intend to play.
Complete the OKTOBER and FEST target banks, then shoot the lowered Coaster ramp twice to hold two Corkscrew locks.
Complete TENT through return lanes or scoop progress, then shoot the Tent scoop and select a mode with the flippers. The Tent scoop skill shot skips TENT and starts immediately. Prepare Corkscrew locks first when stacking; do not choose Looper.
After the Tent begins, shoot the Coaster ramp for the third lock and start Corkscrew Multiball.
Collect the red Multiball jackpots while making the active Tent shots. Complete OKTOBER or FEST again, then shoot the Coaster ramp when the Super Jackpot lights.
Use the top lanes and available MagNabs to raise or extend the playfield multiplier when that route does not pull you away from a ready Super.
Alternative route: Beer Barrel route
Use this when the Coaster ramp rejects but PROST and the upper-flipper side ramp are feeding cleanly.
- Complete PROST to light a Beer Barrel lock.
- Use the upper flipper to shoot the side ramp and lock a ball; repeat the PROST-to-ramp sequence for three locks.
- During Beer Barrel Multiball, collect the lit jackpots and relock a ball in the Barrel to multiply the following jackpots.

Tent modes, persistent steins, two lock Multiballs, Food Stand, and playfield multipliers can strengthen one another. Prepare two Corkscrew locks, begin a compatible Tent mode, then take the third lock and work its shots alongside the moving Multiball jackpots.
