Op-Pop-Pop pinball rules and strategy

In Op-Pop-Pop, hit the red mushroom to light the upper bagatelle buttons for 100, then loop the ball through that upper section to build Bonus. After the second 500 Bonus lights, hit the blue mushroom to light Extra Ball. Collect it through the side drain whose COLLECT BONUS lamp is lit; a center drain does not collect Bonus.

The goal

The upper bagatelle is the scoring engine, but the payoff is unusual: only a lit side drain collects Bonus, and only a lit qualifying side channel delivers Extra Ball. Use the mushroom marked CLOSES FLIPPERS when available; the three OPEN controls can separate the zipper flippers again.

  1. Hit the red mushroom to light the upper bagatelle buttons for 100 points.

  2. Send the ball through the upper bagatelle repeatedly to advance Bonus toward the second 500 light.

  3. After the second 500 Bonus is lit, hit the blue mushroom to light Extra Ball.

  4. Read which side channel has COLLECT BONUS lit, then accept or guide the ball through that side to collect Bonus and the qualified Extra Ball.

  5. Use the mushroom marked CLOSES FLIPPERS when safe, but expect any of the three OPEN controls to reopen the zipper gap.

  • Confirm three- or five-ball play, replay and Extra Ball conversions, the second-500 qualification, and how the two COLLECT BONUS lamps alternate.
  • Test the red and blue mushrooms, every upper bagatelle button and lamp, Bonus unit through both 500 levels, both lit side-channel collects, center-drain behavior, zipper-flipper close and open controls, saucer, and tilt response.
