Paddock / Post Time pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
In Paddock or Post Time, shoot up the sides to collect A-B-C-D, then shoot the lit center target for 3,000. Watch the horse race: at position four, hit C or D for three advances and reach Finish. On Post Time, Finish lights the bottom horseshoe lanes for an additional ball when enabled.
The goal
A-B-C-D and horse progress share the safer upper route. C and D are especially useful because each gives three race advances. Time a C or D hit from position four to land exactly on Finish, then take a lit horseshoe lane only from a natural feed.
Plunge the top-center lane for three race advances, or collect a missing A or B lane.
Shoot up either side to score A-B-C-D and build horse progress through upper action.
When the horse reaches position four, hit C or D to advance three spaces to Finish.
Complete A-B-C-D, then shoot the lit center target for 3,000.
On Post Time, take a lit bottom horseshoe lane from a natural feed or controlled Shoot a moving inlane ball up the opposite inlane, carrying it behind the slingshot toward the upper playfield..
