Paratrooper pinball rules and strategy
Strategy summary
The goal
Put balls into the top Jump-Ball hole to light the bumpers and rollovers that advance paratroopers. Bringing all six men down lights bottom-lane replays; completing numbers 1–6 lights the side-channel replays.
Load the first ball: Shoot the top hole in the central Jump-Ball row to score 500,000. The ball jumps to the next hole and lights the upper-left red pop bumper and matching red rollover button to advance paratroopers.
Load more balls: Put a second ball into the top hole to light the upper-center yellow pop bumper and matching button; a third lights the upper-right pair. Hit these bumpers or roll over their matching buttons while lit to advance the paratroopers on the backglass.
Complete the Jump-Ball sequence: Put a fourth ball into the top hole. The balls jump forward, sending the leading ball into the Ball Return hole at the bottom of the row for one replay.
Complete numbers 1–6: Roll through lanes 1–2 beside the Jump-Ball row, side channels 3–4 and outer bottom lanes 5–6. Making all six earns one replay and lights side channels 3–4; either lit channel then awards one replay.
Bring all six men down: Hit the lit upper pop bumpers and matching rollover buttons to advance the paratroopers until all six are down. This lights the three bottom lanes; rolling through any of them while lit earns one replay.
Collect the automatic-flipper awards: Hit the lit upper pop bumpers and matching rollover buttons until three paratroopers are down; this lights the left automatic-flipper hole for 500,000. Four down lights the right hole. Shoot either lit hole to collect 500,000.
