Pat Hand / Satin Doll pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

In Pat Hand, soft-plunge across the top rollover disks and keep sending the ball back up from the right flipper. Build Bonus to 10,000, then complete A-K-Q-J-10 once to light the disks for 1,000 and twice to light Double Bonus. Avoid forcing the rebound-heavy Joker targets.

The goal

Repeat the safe top-disk loop. Once base Bonus is 10,000, finish the five center cards twice: the first completion lights the rollover disks and bumpers, and the second lights Double Bonus. A third completion can light Special when that award matters.

  1. Soft-plunge so the ball crosses as many top rollover disks as possible.

  2. Use the upper-left feed and right flipper to return the ball to the top disk arc.

  3. Repeat the top loop until base Bonus reaches its 10,000 maximum.

  4. Complete A-K-Q-J-10 once to light the disks and bumpers, then complete the cards again to light Double Bonus.

  5. Return to the top-disk loop and avoid the Joker targets unless Extra Ball is enabled and worth the rebound risk.
