Pistol Poker pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
Hit the flashing cards needed for the current poker hand, then shoot a flashing Complete Hand shot. Shoot the gun saucer for the chip and a flipper-selected prize; after all five chips, shoot the Joker for Pistol Mania.
The goal
Follow the flashing cards for the current hand, shoot a flashing Complete Hand shot, then collect the chip at the gun saucer. Choose Megamode when it is offered, advance all four suits through their Aces, and shoot the red-lit Joker after every suit is complete.
Hit the flashing card targets needed for the current poker hand. When the hand is ready, shoot any playfield shot whose Complete Hand lamp is flashing.
Shoot the gun saucer to collect that hand's chip. Read the two displayed prizes and press the flipper for the one you want; take Megamode when it appears if you want the multiball route.
If Megamode is not already running, shoot the Joker when its blue lamp is lit. It can also begin from Mystery or the chip-prize choice.
During Megamode, hit the flashing card in each suit to advance from 10 through Ace. The upper loop can spot a Spade, while the lit Collect Card shots can spot their named suit.
Each collected Ace awards that suit's Jackpot. After all four suits are complete, shoot the Joker while its red lamp is lit for the Super Jackpot.
To grow two-ball Megamode into three-ball play, lock one ball at the Joker, then shoot the gun so the game locks the second and serves a third ball.
