Prospector pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
In Prospector, shoot the left orbit to build Gold, then hit targets 5 and 6 for 2X Gold Bonus. Use the two center spinners to build Silver. When Silver is full, one spinner lights for 1,000 per spin—keep shooting it instead of collecting Silver. Favor the left orbit from the right flipper and the targets or spinners from the left.
The goal
Max and double Gold for end of ball, then turn a full Silver value into repeatable 1,000-per-spin scoring. Do not cash Silver once the lit-spinner route is ready unless the ball is about to be lost.
From the right flipper, shoot the left orbit repeatedly until Gold is near or at its maximum.
From the left flipper, complete targets 5 and 6 to light 2X Gold Bonus.
Shoot the two center spinners to raise Silver, watching which spinner becomes lit at the maximum.
Once a spinner is worth 1,000 per spin, repeat it and avoid the Silver-collect saucers.
Use a Leave a flipper down and let the ball rebound from it toward the opposite flipper, reducing the ball’s momentum without a flip. or Release a raised flipper at contact so the ball loses speed and gently rolls up the flipper, often giving you a chance to cradle it. on predictable returns so the ball reaches the flipper needed for the next orbit or spinner.
