Rob Zombie's Spookshow International pinball rules and strategy

Shoot the left orbit to open mode selection. Choose with the flippers, then double-tap a flipper or press Start to begin. For a quick Multiball, hit targets 1, 2, and 3 to start Dead City Radio.

The goal

Start a selectable mode by shooting the left orbit, choosing with the flippers, and double-tapping or pressing Start. Dead City Radio starts as a three-ball Multiball after targets 1, 2, and 3; House of 1,000 Corpses requires three drop-target completions and three inner-orbit locks.

  1. Shoot the left orbit to open mode selection.

  2. Move through the choices with the flippers, then double-tap a flipper or press the Start button to begin the selected mode.

  3. For the shortest Multiball route, hit numbered targets 1, 2, and 3 to start Dead City Radio three-ball Multiball.

  4. During Dead City Radio, shoot the ramp for Jackpots, then return to targets 1, 2, and 3 for its bonus collections.

Machine setup

  • Use software v026 when possible. It is the latest public release, dated October 31, 2020.
  • Confirm the left-orbit selector, Start button, numbered targets, center drop, inner orbit, Spaulding, upper-playfield switches, and ramp before competitive play.
