Seven Up / Set Up pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
Spot numbers 1 through 6 with the upper targets, side targets, and rollovers. Completing the set scores 300 and raises the No. 7 target; hit the raised 7 for 500 and one Advance step. Repeat that controlled cycle toward Special. Treat A-B-C-D-E and the skier as a second route, and finish it only when a missing letter or the lit right-side Special is safely available.
The goal
Build the numbered set, collect the raised 7, and repeat while the center return stays controllable. Switch to the A-B-C-D-E skier route only when it is close to completion or its Special is already lit.
Read the numbered lamps and spot the missing 1–6 switches without forcing a dangerous rebound.
After all six are spotted, shoot the raised No. 7 target for 500 and one Advance step.
Repeat the numbered-set-to-7 cycle only while the center feed and post setting remain controllable.
Use A-B-C-D-E as the secondary route when the skier is already near the bottom.
When the skier reaches the bottom, collect the lit right-side Special only on a safe feed.
