Space Shuttle pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
In Space Shuttle, the narrow three-bank lights the spinner for repeatable scoring. Lock one ball on each side and shoot the center ramp for three-ball Multiball. Use U-S-A lane change to improve Bonus X whenever the ball returns upstairs.
The goal
Complete the narrow three-bank to light the spinner, repeat the lit spinner, and use the two side locks plus the center ramp for three-ball Multiball when the ramp is safe.
From the right flipper, find the narrow angle that clips the spinner three-bank.
From the left flipper, shoot through the spinner after its value is built.
Repeat bank and spinner work while both returns remain controlled.
Lock one ball on each side when the lock kickouts are safe.
With two balls locked, shoot the center ramp to start three-ball Multiball.
During Multiball, repeat the lit spinner and finish useful S-H-U-T-T-L-E or U-S-A progress.
Alternative route: Spinner-only route
Use this when the center ramp rejects or the side locks do not return safely.
- Stop shooting the ramp and locks.
- Use the right flipper to work the narrow spinner bank.
- Use the left flipper to repeat the spinner.
- Use lane change to collect missing U-S-A lanes during natural top play.
