Strange Science pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

Put five balls into the upper-left Atom Smasher. The fifth lock starts five-ball Multiball with a 12x playfield multiplier, so keep the lock as the priority and watch each weak eject or release carefully.

The goal

Lock five balls in the upper-left Atom Smasher; the fifth lock starts five-ball Multiball and its 12x playfield multiplier. Watch each lock and release because weak ejects can make the mechanism hard to read.

  1. Shoot the upper-left Atom Smasher and confirm that each ball is accepted into the physical lock.

  2. Repeat the Atom Smasher shot until five balls have been locked; the fifth lock starts five-ball Multiball.

  3. During Multiball, keep shooting controllable switches and major features while the 12x playfield multiplier is active.

  4. Track weak or partial Atom Smasher ejections by sight so a mechanical rejection is not mistaken for qualified progress.
