The Avengers pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
The Avengers builds each Avenger at that character's named shot. Spell L-O-K-I in the bottom lanes and lock two balls at the right ramp, then shoot the right inner orbit four times to start Iron Man. Collect the third right-ramp lock so Iron Man continues during Loki Multiball.
The goal
Spell L-O-K-I and lock two balls at the right ramp, start Iron Man with four right-inner-orbit shots, then collect the third Loki lock.
Prepare Loki Multiball
Use lane change to spell L-O-K-I in the bottom lanes, then shoot the right ramp twice to lock two balls.
How to start a mode
Shoot the right inner orbit four times to start Iron Man. Keep repeating that orbit to spell I-R-O-N-M-A-N.
Recommended mode: Iron Man
The same right inner orbit starts and scores the mode.
How to play it
Repeat the right inner orbit seven more times to complete I-R-O-N-M-A-N.
Start Loki Multiball
Shoot the right ramp for the third lock. This starts Loki Multiball while Iron Man is running.
Need to know
- Iron Man
- Four shots to the right inner orbit start Iron Man. Seven more right-inner-orbit shots spell I-R-O-N-M-A-N and complete the mode.
- Loki Multiball
- Spell L-O-K-I through the bottom lanes, then lock three balls at the right ramp. The third lock starts Multiball.
- Hulk Multiball
- Complete the H-U-L-K drop bank three times, then shoot the Hulk saucer, Hulk, or a lit Hulk Multiball arrow to start.
The Avengers builds six Avenger modes at their named shots, and a running mode can continue into the Hulk and Loki Multiballs. Spell L-O-K-I in the bottom lanes and lock two balls at the right ramp, then shoot the right inner orbit four times to start Iron Man. Collect the third right-ramp lock and finish Iron Man during Loki Multiball.

- Shoot the right ramp for the third lock. This starts Loki Multiball while Iron Man is running.
- Repeat the right inner orbit to spell I-R-O-N-M-A-N while collecting Loki Jackpots at Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Iron Man.
- After those three Jackpot pairs, hit Hulk twice, then Captain America twice, and shoot the strobing Loki lock for the Super Jackpot.
Builds toward: Assault on the Helicarrier
- Complete each Avenger's named-shot sequence; starting Hulk Multiball collects Hulk.
- When all six sectors on the progress display are lit, shoot the strobing Loki lock to start Assault on the Helicarrier.
