The Wiggler pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
The Wiggler uses the left yellow bumper to cycle the upper-left chute value and the center blue bumper to close the zipper flippers. Stop the chute at 500, close the flippers, settle the ball, and shoot the upper-left chute before reclosing them for another collect.
The goal
Use the left yellow bumper to set the Wiggler chute to 500. Hit the center blue bumper to close the zipper flippers. Settle the ball, then shoot the upper-left chute.
Plunge across the lit top rubber, then guide the ball into the center lane for 200.
While the flippers are open, graze the left yellow bumper until the Wiggler chute shows 500.
Stop left-yellow hits when the chute reaches 500.
Once the Wiggler chute reads 500, use the center blue bumper to close the zipper flippers.
Let the ball settle on the closed flippers.
Shoot the upper-left Wiggler chute for 500.
After the chute reopens the flippers, hit the center blue bumper again.
Repeat the 500-point chute while its entry and return remain controlled.
Alternative route: Right-saucer multiball
Use this plan when the upper-left chute is not reliable from the closed flippers.
- Shoot a controlled ball into either right saucer to lock it.
- With the replacement ball, hit the center blue bumper.
- Let the released ball settle on the closed flippers before a yellow-bumper hit.
- Keep both balls alive and use controlled shots at the upper-left chute.
