World Cup '90 pinball rules and strategy

The Strategy

Enter the Attack Zone with the lower center lane, either corner target, or the center targets. Beat the defense for an open shot at goal. Complete K-I-C-K for a corner kick, and finish ahead before Game Time expires; a tie goes to the video shootout.

The goal

Treat possession as a short sequence: qualify the Attack Zone with the safest available feature, beat the defense, then finish the goal before rebuilding. Use K-I-C-K when the center is rejecting shots.

  1. Enter the Attack Zone through the lower center lane, a completed corner target, or the completed center targets.

  2. Beat the defense during the Attack Zone to open the goal shot.

  3. Shoot the open goal before the possession ends, then repeat until you lead the match.

  4. Complete K-I-C-K for a corner kick when that route is safer than forcing the center sequence.
