Sheriff / Lawman pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
Sheriff and Lawman route their highest-value lanes through an upper-right waterfall whose exit is protected by a side gate. Hit the outside standup to open the gate, shoot the upper-right entry, and repeat lit waterfall lanes while the lower-right exit remains safe.
The goal
Hit the outside standup to open the right-side gate, then shoot the upper-right entry into the lit waterfall lanes. Use the right flipper to complete the left drop bank when the gate route is unavailable.
Confirm that the right-side gate is open before you shoot the waterfall entry.
If the gate is closed, hit the right-side standup target outside the waterfall lanes.
From a controlled flipper, shoot the upper-right entry into the waterfall lanes.
Track the lit lane as the thousands reel changes and the synchronized lane set alternates.
Prepare both flippers before the ball leaves the waterfall area.
Repeat the upper-right shot while the gate remains open and the exit remains predictable.
When the ball is on the right flipper, complete the left drop bank for 5,000.
Alternative route: Recovery: Left-bank scoring
Recovery pivot: Use this plan when the gate is closed and the open-gate standup produces unsafe rebounds.
- Hold a raised flipper so a slow ball settles against it, giving you time to plan your next move. the ball on the right flipper.
- Choose the left drop target with the cleanest angle.
- Hit one drop target and prepare for its rebound.
- Complete the bank for 5,000, then reassess the gate route.
Need to know

- The standup targets outside the waterfall lanes open and close the right-side ball-save gate.
