Team One pinball rules and strategy
The Strategy
Team One lights scoring through six numbered rollover lanes and two five-target star banks. Complete the lanes, hit a star target when the soccer-ball lamp above it is lit, and collect a converted add-a-ball award only when its return is controlled.
The goal
Complete all six numbered lanes, hit each star target when the soccer-ball lamp above it is lit, and collect converted add-a-ball awards only from controlled returns.
Complete the six number lanes
Plunge a missing number, preferring 2 or 3 when lane 1 or 4 can return down the middle, then keep returning the ball up top until all six numbers are complete.
Hit the lit star targets
Work through both five-target banks. Hit a star target when the soccer-ball lamp above it is lit and its rebound is controlled.
Use converted awards
When competition converts add-a-balls to points, complete the required target or lane only from a controlled shot.
Need to know
- Six number lanes
- Complete all six numbered lanes; number progress carries between balls.
- Lit star targets
- Hit a star target when the soccer-ball lamp above it is lit and its rebound is controlled.
- Converted awards
- When competition converts add-a-balls to points, collect those awards only from controlled returns.
In Team One, six numbered rollover lanes carry their progress between balls, and soccer-ball lamps mark the valuable star targets in two five-target banks. Complete the lanes, take safely presented lit targets, then work through both banks toward the converted add-a-ball awards.
The goal
Complete all six numbered lanes, hit each star target when the soccer-ball lamp above it is lit, and work through both five-target banks toward the converted add-a-ball awards.
- Plunge a missing number; prefer 2 or 3 if the outer lanes can return down the center.
- Complete all six numbered lanes. Hit a star target when the soccer-ball lamp above it is lit and its rebound is controlled.
- Work through both five-target banks. From a Hold a raised flipper so a slow ball settles against it, giving you time to plan your next move., Shoot a target on the same side as the active flipper, often from near the flipper base and behind the nearby slingshot. an exposed upper number or lit target when that angle is repeatable.
- When add-a-balls are converted for competition, prioritize the converted point awards over unsafe completion attempts.
